All payments are processed securely through Shopify or approved payment gateways. Once your order is confirmed and analysis has begun, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue or did not receive your report, please contact support@destinyscrolls.com for resolution.

4. Delivery of Reports

Reports are delivered via email as PDF attachments. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days depending on order type and queue. We are not responsible for delays caused by spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or technical errors beyond our control.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Due to the customized nature of our services, refunds are not available once analysis has started. However, if a duplicate payment or accidental purchase occurs, contact us immediately for review. Partial refunds or credits may be granted at our discretion in exceptional circumstances.
