Shipping & Delivery Policy
DestinyScrolls delivers all reports and readings digitally — no physical shipment is required. Please read the following details to understand how and when your custom report will be delivered.
1. Digital Delivery Only
All DestinyScrolls products are digital reports prepared individually for each client. We do not ship any physical items. Once your report is complete, it will be delivered as a PDF attachment to the email address you provided during checkout.
2. Processing Time
Standard delivery time for most reports is 2–5 business days after we receive your required information (such as birth details, questions, or photos). Complex or multi-system readings (e.g., Destiny Panorama or Qimen Real-Time Guidance) may take up to 7 business days.
3. Urgent Orders
If you require faster processing for time-sensitive decisions, please contact support@destinyscrolls.com before purchase. We will confirm whether expedited analysis is possible and advise on the earliest available delivery window.
4. Email Delivery Confirmation
You will receive your completed report from support@destinyscrolls.com. Please check your spam or “Promotions” folder if you don’t see it in your inbox within the expected timeframe. If you still cannot locate your report, contact us immediately and we will resend it at no extra cost.
5. Delivery Failures
We are not responsible for undelivered reports caused by incorrect email addresses or email service issues on the client’s side. It is the client’s responsibility to provide a valid and accessible email address during checkout.
6. Changes and Updates
We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy periodically to reflect changes in our processing times or communication methods. The latest version will always be available on this page.
