At DestinyScrolls, every report is individually prepared and hand-analyzed by our consultants. Because each service is custom-made, we follow a no-refund policy once analysis has begun. However, we value fairness and transparency — please review the details below carefully.
1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are only available under the following circumstances:
- If payment was made by mistake or duplicated.
- If we are unable to deliver the report within the communicated timeframe (e.g., due to technical or personal emergencies on our side).
- If you have not yet submitted your personal data or materials and wish to cancel within 24 hours of purchase.
2. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be issued once our consultants have begun the metaphysical analysis process or when a report has been delivered. Because the content is intellectual and customized, it cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
3. Late or Missing Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund and have not received it, please first check with your bank or credit card company. It may take several business days for your refund to be officially posted. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@destinyscrolls.com.
4. Delivery Issues
If you did not receive your report due to technical issues (such as email errors or spam filters), please reach out to us immediately. We will resend your report without additional charges once confirmed.
